We’re happy to announce that the mixing and mastering of our
new double CD, Keys to the City, is done. Roman Klun has co-produced the
record with Pat and it is an aural feast. One CD all instrumentals, one
CD all vocals: joining the band is Erik Lawrence on saxes and flute. He
and new guitarist Teddy Kumpel
help expand NYEP’s already growing sound. New vocalist Ava Farber
joins Deanna Kirk to create some lush vocal blends. The band recorded the
basic tracks for all 23 tunes in one day in January! Norton Wisdom is doing the cover art
and Stephen Perkins from Jane’s Addiction fires some mean percussion into
In This Land. Look for a May 31st video release date!
